I’m a freelance digital marketing consultant based near Norwich, Norfolk, with more than 25 years’ experience across traditional and digital marketing.

I help businesses, brands, agencies and in-house teams make better use of digital marketing. That might mean developing a clear digital marketing strategy, reviewing what is already in place or providing experienced, hands-on support across SEO, paid media, email marketing, analytics and social media strategy.

My work often starts with understanding the full picture. I use audits, data analysis, competitor research and audience insights to identify what is working, where opportunities may be being missed and which areas deserve the greatest focus. From there, I can help shape the strategy, manage the delivery and provide clear reporting and practical recommendations along the way.

I work flexibly, adapting to the needs of each business and project. I can work alongside your in-house team, join regular face-to-face or online meetings, and fit into the project management tools and processes you already use. Alternatively, I can manage a project independently while keeping everyone updated along the way.

For larger projects, I can also bring in trusted freelance specialists, including graphic designers and web developers, and coordinate the work on your behalf. This gives you access to the right expertise without the layers or overheads of a larger agency.

Once the quotation and timings are agreed, the work can begin.

Depending on the project, this may include audits, data analysis, competitor and keyword research, audience insights, campaign planning or a review of your website, tracking and current digital activity. I’ll use these findings to develop clear recommendations and deliver the agreed work.
